1. Ring Size Accuracy (US Ring Size) :

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate ring size information at the time of order placement. No resizing option will be considered upon the start of production.

2. No Refunds :

Due to the custom nature of our rings, all orders are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.

3. Production Time :

Please allow up to four weeks for the completion of your custom ring order. Production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.

4. Deposit Requirement : 

A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your custom ring order. The remaining balance, as well as shipping fees, must be paid in full before the ring is dispatched.

2. Gold Plating and Tarnishing Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any tarnishing, fading of gold plating, or other wear-related issues that occur after the ring has been bought or delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the recommended care guidelines to extend the life of the gold plating and maintain the appearance of the ring.

3. Shipping and Delivery 

We take care to ensure your ring is securely packaged and safely delivered. However, we are not responsible for any damage or issues that arise after the ring has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability 

Our liability is limited to the purchase of the ring. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

2. Avoid Chemicals

Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals, including household cleaners, chlorinated water, and beauty products such as perfumes and lotions. These can tarnish the silver.

3. Last On, First Off

Put your jewellery on after makeup, perfume, and hair products to minimize exposure to chemicals.

4. Polish Regularly

Use a soft, lint-free cloth or special silver polishing cloth to gently rub your jewellery and maintain its shine. Avoid using paper towels or tissues, as they can scratch the silver.

5. Soap and Water 

For a gentle clean, use mild soap and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking your jewellery for long periods.

6. Separate Storage

Store each piece separately to prevent scratchin. Use individual pouches or soft-lined jewellery boxes.

7. Keep Dry
